 The director of this movie is Alfred Hitchcock.

Serial murderers, criminals, psychopaths, a soft and unflappable hero, outlandish dangers, beautiful predatory women, etc... 

• What technique did he use with the camera?  

In the foreground shows his eye, where the camera moves away more and more and turns on itself. And the director likes first shots.

The story starts with an old man who has only one eye, and he lives with another man, one day he kills him because he has only one eye. Then the police cme to his house and he invites them for a tea, then he confess that he killed the old man.
